Alistair Munro

Alistair Munro is a designer + maker based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, New Zealand. He holds a Bachelor of Architectural Studies and Master of Architecture (Prof.)(Hons) from the University of Auckland and has spent time studying abroad in both Lisbon and Montréal.

He is interested in design across all scales, from furniture to architectural spaces. Both traditional and digital media are integral parts of a process that acknowledges the importance of social and environmental awareness and engagement.

Alistair has also taught at the University of Auckland School of Architecture and Planning, sat on the committee of the Auckland Architecture Association, and was Co-Creative Director for the 2019 Australasian Students' Architecture Congress.
